Special international speakers Mark Wilken and Frank Peifer from Hopsteiner will be joining us to discuss the varieties, flavours, techniques and examples of dry hopping as well as spot vs contracts for the 2017 outlook crop and the latest hop market update.
Hopsteiner are one of the largest hop growing, trading, breeding and processing firms in the world and are industry experts in hop growing, hop processing and brewing. They have been around for 170 years, so they know their stuff!
Mark Wilken started at Hopsteiner in 2008 within their sales department and in 2016 he was appointed Sales Director, Africa as well as taking over various other responsibilities for most European countries.
Frank Peifer is the Technical Director at Hopsteiner, Europe and is currently working on special F&E projects as well as QM-matters.
The Brewer’s Table will be held at the greenest hotel in Africa, Hotel Verde at 6pm on Tuesday the 10th of October. Entrance is only R100 per person and RSVP is before the 5th October 2017, you can email email@example.com to book your seat.
